Requirements?:

We are looking for junior level data entry folks. Transvoyant is a real-time precise logistic and shipment tracking system. We stream and analyze thousands of data sources to provide insights ranging from precise shipment arrival times to national security risks. Currently Transvoyant receives order numbers from the customers and automatically collects shipping information from a number of websites. Some of the order numbers cannot be processed automatically, and we need people to manually look up the information and submit it into the system.

• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
• Ability to use Google and search the web
• Need to be able to follow instructions
• Need to know how to use Excel
• Ability to perform data entry work managing high volumes of work
• Great attention to details

Responsibility:

• Receive an email with order numbers
• Go one site to enter each order number
• This site redirects to the transportation provider sites
• Capture shipping information and enter it into Excel template
• Upload Excel file into TV system and submit it
• Examines, revises, approves and dispatches input and output materials according to established specifications.
