Danone Dairy is announcing an opening of HR Business Partner position in Kremenchuk.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coach and support managers on all people related processes. Take part to main decisions on people;
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation;
• Act as a Single point of contact (SPOC) for the Danoners on HR related topics;
• Support and activate engagement programs. Lead specific team engagement initiative. Activate specific communication initiatives at local level;
• Animate H&S, Working Conditions and well-being initiatives;
• Anticipates, recommends and implements appropriate organizational changes to increase organization effectiveness in line with the factory strategic plan or external challenges;
• Contribute to teams' growth & development;
• Make needs analysis, be proactive in action planning, initiate & lead changes where appropriate;
• Lead/Contribute/Take part in further HR processes development (Employee Relations, C&B, Talents, Performance Management, any other)
• Ensure proper HR processes execution in factory: headcount planning, recruitment, Performance & Individual Development & Succession planning, promotions decisions, motivation & retention programs, people turnover follow up, People Survey & action plan execution.

Experience and qualifications required:

• University degree;
• Min 2 years of relevant experience;
• English - intermediate;
• Attention to details with a big-picture approach;
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, high level of teamwork and networking;
• Result orientation, hunger for success;
• Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills.
