MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• administrative work at the Smorgon plant,
• organization of business trips, arrangement of accommodation, arrangement of flight tickets and other services,
• preparation of meetings, preparation of documentation, minutes from meetings, translations,
• maintaining, preparation and distribution of regular reports,
• records, management and evaluation of assigned tasks,
• monitoring of backlogs of assigned tasks,
• preparation of documentation for monthly closing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• completed secondary/university school education (preferably with an economics major),
• at least two years of experience in a similar position in a production company,
• planning and good organizational skills,
• excellent knowledge of English and Russian,
• initiative, performance,
• endurance against stress.
