RealtimeBoard is looking for an experienced Growth Product Manager who will drive conversion, customer retention and expansion.

You will be responsible for building and improving flows and experience for our active teams ready to upgrade, as well as working on expanding and retaining our current paid customers.

In this role you will dig into the data, ideate, test, and optimize past results. You will need to combine creative product thinking and thoughtful use of data in order to build awesome experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage experiments backlog and roadmap for conversion, expansion and upsell flows for RealtimeBoard users

• Use customer insights and conduct thoughtful pre-analysis to create and support any proposed experiment ideas

• Continuously optimize the user journey experience and flows to increase conversion and expansion

• Partner with product managers, sales, success, marketing, developers, data scientists, and designers to develop, implement and analyze growth experiments

• Share ideas/data/feedback with the rest of the team in order to present results and make the product more user-centric

Required skills & experience

• Relevant experience as a Product owner / Product manager / Project manager/ Lead UX/UI designer in tech or design space

• Data-minded whenever possible. You understand deeply how your products work and how to measure long-term impact. You know every step of the funnel.

• You can design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests.

• Some programming skills (eg. Python, SQL) preferred

• Experience in product analytics (eg. Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar) preferred

• Balance of creativity, product taste and analytical skills with the ability to use data to build a portfolio of experiments and larger features.

• Impact focus and a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business.

• English language skills at upper intermediate level (or higher)

• An aptitude for adapting in a fast-paced environment

• A quick learner, self-motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented

• Communicative and friendly
