At the moment we're looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead our enthusiastic, lively & fantastic Human Resources team at InterContinental Kiev.

You'll manage the recruitment of all hotel management positions and work with the Human Resources team to recruitment & selection activities for all new team members.

In addition, you will be required to lead and drive the implementation of all employee related initiatives for the hotel, including managing salary and benefits packages so the hotel is competitive and able to attract the best people.

Making sure our employees working conditions meet or exceed the requirements and work with other managers to looking after the health & safety of all hotel team members, you will also work closely with other IHG teams in other hotels to share best practices.

Managing the Human Resource Department budget, you will also supervise all Training and Development to ensure that your hotel provides all employees with 'Room to Grow'.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, you'll have Master's degree in Human Resource Management and minimum of 3 years related management experience.
• You'll have excellent English language communication skills and experience managing projects and multiple deadlines.
