The consulting company PwC expands its presence in Ukraine by opening a Service Delivery Centre in Lviv in early 2018.

SDC will carry out a wide range of professional services tasks for PwC audit, tax and advisory projects across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Job description

Person employed on this position will be responsible for managing Financial Due Diligence team, which will support projects for multinational clients. As a Financial Due Diligence Team Leader you will supervise and support a team of junior and senior specialists to ensure the timely and accurate preparation and control of all required documents, including quality review of financial statements and financial documents and data pack preparation. You will be responsible for setting objectives, coaching, developing and motivating team members. Additionally you will engage in processes optimization and process memo updates as well as supporting Manager in implementation/testing of new processes.

Candidate’s profile

• Proven track record of work in operational area — minimum 3 years of experience in similar finance area and at least 1 year on Team Leader or Deputy position;
• relevant university degree, preferably in field of Economics (Accounting, Finance or similar) or Law;

• ability to motivate, inspire and develop others;
• strong time management and organisational habits;
• very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• strong analytical skills and attention to details;
• strong aptitude for numbers and figures,
• ability to work independently and complete assignments in timely manner with highest quality standards, strong organisational and time management skills;
• ability to successfully resolve complex problems and issues;
• excellent communication skills;
• fluent written and spoken English;

• very good understanding of Polish Business language.
