Обязанности работника:

• Completion Design: Develop completion designs tailored to reservoir characteristics, wellbore conditions, and production requirements.
• Equipment Selection: Select appropriate completion equipment, such as tubing, casing, packers, and downhole tools, considering factors such as well depth, pressure, and fluid properties.
• Job Planning: Plan completion operations, including perforating, acidizing, and installation of production tubing and artificial lift systems.
• Completion Program: Responsible for writing Completion Program utilizing the Job Planning background.
• Cost Estimation: Estimate costs associated with completion operations and optimize designs to maximize efficiency and minimize expenses.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and hazards associated with completion activities and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data from drilling and completion operations to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of completion designs, operations, and performance metrics.
• Visible HES Leadership: Visits field on a regular basis to ensure Company processes and procedures as well as local regulations are applied by Contractors.
• Field Supervision: Provides supervision for critical activities.

Требования к работнику:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in completion engineering or related roles in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of well completion techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Proficiency in engineering software used for completion design and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.

Условия труда:

• Location: Bukhara, Uzbekistan
• Travel: Travel to well sites may be required. The fields are approximately 3hrs from Bukhara.
• Full time; 5 days per week; Monday-Friday
• 8 hours per day; 09:00 to 18:00; lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.
