Responsibilities:
Direct and shape the teaching process and curriculums of the school;
Perform teacher evaluations and provide academic support, training and additional tutoring to over 40 teachers;
Prepare progress reports and conduct in-house testing;
Arrange regular performance evaluation tests and provide detailed feedback on areas of improvement;
Advise and support teachers on planning, assessment and resources, including lesson modeling;
Conduct new student interviews and did counselling with students to evaluate their needs and assess progress;
Recruitment and adaptation of new teachers:
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a teaching role.
The ability to execute lessons with meaning, in a fun, and engaging manner.
Computer Skills.
