We are looking for committed candidates to work with us on a contract basis during the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup in all the Host Cities.

We have roles that will be starting from May 2018 and will finish in July 2018.

What you will be doing…

· Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work within the iLUKA Operations Team to ensure suppliers (coach companies) will deliver vehicles and services as planned: deliver effective general maintenance and over-night cleaning system; ensure all coaches are immaculately presented, adequately fuelled and fully operational at all times, reflecting all contractual requirements and obligations.

· Ensure the vehicles have correct documentation, insurance and appliances.

· Ensure that iLUKA’s suppliers are fully conversant with all aspects of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) Transport operations, and with all stakeholders, including LOC Suppliers.

· Supervising the operations and troubleshooting based on the established procedures.

· Understand procedures and escalation process for all possible circumstances including: accidents or medical emergencies, road or traffic conditions, schedule and other possible changes to the plans.

· Constantly review scheduling and make appropriate alterations to cover all eventualities.

· Supervise daily transport schedules, making sure these are respected as planned in a proactively manner.

· Ensure all coach drivers provide the iLUKA standard of customer service and inspire them to continue to maintain those levels throughout the project.

· Establish friendly-professional working relations with LOC Transport Team, their suppliers and all stakeholders involved.

· Maintain an effective communication system with all drivers 24hrs a day, 7 days a week for the duration of the event.

· Respect the chain of command, reporting to the leader and third parties when appropriate.

· Produce daily written reports.

This is not an exhaustive list, and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the program, as necessary.

The Skills and Experience you need

The ideal candidate will prove to have outstanding communication skills and will be able to prove a proactive attitude when presenting past experiences, showing to be independent and extremely motivated.

Further skills requested are:

· English on the level no lower Intermediate (fluency in English will be a plus)

· Event experience demonstrating a thorough understanding of the challenges in dealing with multiple stakeholders as well as dealing with suppliers.

· Previous experience in a troubleshooting role will be highly appreciated.

· Excellent organisational skills.

· Ability to work well under pressure for long shifts and maintain a calm professional approach and an aptitude for problem solving.

· Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

· Proactive, positive approach to all tasks and a high degree of reliability.
