About the position:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to work with field personnel in several countries of the company's coverage. Therefore, experience in conducting trainings in English is very important for this position.

Key functions::

• Liaising with managers to identify training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Leading and organising training programmes with internal clients and partners.
• Developing effective training schedules and programmes.
• Conducting onboarding, online webinars, one to one training sessions, etc.
• Preparing training content such as e-courses, presentations, etc.
• Training and mentoring new employees.
• Keep attendance records, improve customer satisfaction in training.
• Managing training budget.
• Conduct performance management for sales staff, field coaching.
• Working to improve the effectiveness of training and post-training feedback.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• 3+ years of experience on the similar position
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
• Has initiative, able to generate ideas, multi-tasking person
