Main job responsibilities

• Compiles a register of completed work by the company's divisions and contractors;
• Work with suppliers and representatives of equipment manufacturers, general contractor for the collection and formation of the archive of the necessary technological and executive documentation (acts of concealed works, acts of intermediate acceptance, executive schemes), passports and certificates for materials and equipment used;
• P2P process, work with SAP;
• Preparation of operating documentation and necessary technical documentation;
• Maintains established reporting and related documentation;
• Prepare of inventory of documentation handover from General contractor to Owner (construction executive documentation, equipment manual, certificates, passports);
• Preparation of archive of executive documentation both in hard and electronic versions;
• Preparation and inventory of handover/storage/installation acts between Owner and General contractor;
• Maintain of table of delivered and transferred to installation goods and respective documentation;
• Support site operational team on start up preparation and operational permits application process;
• Documents, contracts and letters translation (English – Ukrainian/Russian, – Ukrainian/Russian – English);
• Draft documents, e.g., contracts, equipment passports, official letters, notices and acts etc.

• Development of project related presentation

Requirements:

Higher education

Work Experience: experience in construction projects, experience in documentation inventory

Special Skills:

• Strong analytical, organization and communication skills
• High level of personal responsibility and result orientation
• Self starter and team worker
• Demonstrated flexibility and a “can do” attitude
• Computer literate
• English: upper intermediate level, driving license.
