Recruitment requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be good at effective communication with employees at different levels.

• Good training plan and execution ability, able to develop and implement comprehensive training programs.

• Have a deep understanding of the company's products and industry, and be able to effectively convey product knowledge and sales skills.

• Willing to accept the arrangement of traveling for three weeks every month to ensure comprehensive coverage of training work.

• Have adaptability and be able to flexibly adjust training plans to meet the needs of different teams.

• Salary range: 800-1200 $ (salary negotiable, depending on experience and ability).

Job responsibilities:

• With rich experience in the mobile phone industry, I understand market trends and product features.

• Possess excellent training experience and be able to provide professional training for personnel at different levels.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of internal and external training plans in the company, ensuring the achievement of training objectives.

• Provide training on sales skills, product knowledge, etc., to improve the overall performance of the team.

• Regularly evaluate training effectiveness, adjust training plans based on feedback, and continuously optimize training processes.

• Assist in expanding the adaptation period training for new employees to ensure their rapid integration into the team.
