The international IT сompany Andersen, invites a responsible and organized Resource Analyst to join its team.

Responsibilities:

  • Requesting, reviewing uploads from internal systems for CRD analysis and reporting to management.
  • Preparing information on metrics for the weekly, monthly calls.
  • Assisting with researchers.
  • Organizing and participating in rallies, administering Jira/PLanner/Trello tasks.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of KPIs.
  • Performing other manual calculations on demand.
  • Maintaining departmental reporting documentation (collecting metrics on a weekly basis).
  • Maintaining Confluence/Wiki on processes.

Must-haves:

  • Experience in processing large amounts of information, data analytics for 1+ year.
  • Ability to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Good communication skills to interact with employees at different levels and departments.
  • Ability to effectively present and justify optimization proposals.
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage projects.
  • Ability to work under resource constraints and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to seek innovative solutions and adapt to changes in the business environment.
  • Ability to respond quickly to challenges and accept constructive criticism.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
