This is an opportunity to participate in a project led by a Stanford University professor. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team to drive the promotion of the upcoming book and our corporate education activities. The main topic is innovation and venture capital. This part of the project focuses on the people and businesses of Silicon Valley: venture investors, CEOs, senior innovation executives, angel investors and so on. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in collaborating on marketing strategies (social media platforms, podcast, blog, website, newsletter), paid ads campaigns, supporting the book tour in the US and globally (planned for 2024), and coordinating our other social media activities.
You will work tightly with our core marketing and editorial team and the dedicated PR agency to increase our online presence to drive book awareness, audience engagement, and sales through various media platforms.
Requirements:
• Proficient English and very strong communication skills. All work is going to be in English so level B2-C1 is required.
• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing is a must.
• You are self-motivated, proactive and can work alone without supervision
• You are diligent and conscientious.
• It's nice if you have proven experience writing English texts or blogs.
• Knowledge of SEO and/or SEM, experience with product marketing is a plus.
Contract and payment:
• Job is 100% remote. You will work directly with the main employer and team members via email, messengers, and Zoom.
• Job is full time (40 hours/week), working hours are flexible.
• Gross salary is $650 per month, plus a semi-annual $600 bonus.
The candidates will be asked to complete a test task.
