Raft is an outsourcing IT company, engaged in custom software development, working with foreign and Russian clients. We carry out projects with both start-ups and corporations.

Now we are looking for a Technical account manager.

Important:

English at a conversational level is required!

We work with foreign clients, so readiness for evening meetings is necessary (19:00 - 21:00 Moscow time).

Expectations from candidates:

• Ability to evaluate IT projects and risks, experience in pre-sales
• Understanding the basics of IT development at the knowledge level, what technologies exist and what they are used for
• Proactivity, initiative, independence
• Project management experience: budgets, task search, deadlines, risk management
• Experience in building a management process within Agile (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Experience in communicating with business customers: collecting requirements, meeting expectations, working with objections, working with escalations
• Experience in managing project teams: responsibility, performance review

What you will do:

• Full cycle of project management: from pre-sales to completely independent project management and product development, including up-sales
• Communication with clients, requirements gathering and assessment
• Start of projects - from the very first conversation with the client to building a team and launching the project
