As a Junior PR manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering our internal communications and engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Internal Communications Manager to plan and execute effective internal communications and engagement plans.

• Creating and delivering regular communications for all staff through a variety of channels, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and consistency.

• Editing and crafting engaging content for various internal communications channels.

• Monitoring our company's social networks and emails, providing timely and friendly support.

• Developing and delivering presentations to facilitate effective communication.

• Serving as an ambassador for the a1qa culture, driving employee engagement, and promoting our company's values through communication, events, and dialogue formats.

• Being a reliable point of contact for all employees and leadership.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong networking skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level or above is a must.

• Ability to adapt your communication style to meet the specific needs of different audiences.

• Understanding of digital technologies commonly used in communications.

• Self-motivated with the drive and determination to work both independently and as part of a team.
