What we are looking for:

We are recruiting on an exclusive basis for Team Lead / Full-stack - Software Development Department to join our development team. OpenWeather has already established relations with more than 5 million customers and we are now looking for a colleague who will be able to

Responsibilities:

As a Team Lead at OpenWeather, you will play a pivotal role in our software development division. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of services for the one of software development departments.
• Set standards and procedures for software development in programming languages (Python or NodeJS + JavaScript), ensuring consistency and quality.
• Conduct daily meetings for the Software development department, fostering clear communication and alignment.
• Manage task assignments and release schedules on a regular basis, ensuring efficient project delivery.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings and regular assessments of employees within the Software development department. Create development plans and monitor employee progress.
• Lead the technical stages of the interview process when hiring developers. Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees in the Software development department.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to allocate resources and control the implementation of project plans at the high level.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development, including proficiency in Python or NodeJS (Backend) + JavaScript(Frontend).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in task and release management.
• Experience in managing a software development team
• Dedication to fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
