Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities related to training and competency development of the Company's personnel
- Provide advice and answer questions regarding the content and application of global and local talent development learning policies and procedures within the area of responsibility
- Contribute to the improvement of learning and talent development policies, processes and programs
- Develop special projects and initiatives as part of employee learning and talent development in accordance with learning and talent development policies, procedures and programs
- Collaborate with training centers to train personnel outside of the Company's locations, as needed
- Coordinate the personnel training and development processes and prepares training schedules
- Monitor the efficiency of employee succession implementation
- Develop and conduct internal personnel development courses
- Search for training centers to conduct training outside the Company's location
- Maintain accurate reports on training of the Company's employees, analyzes training evaluation questionnaires
- Achieve universal participation in staff performance appraisal, including annual appraisals, employee performance appraisals, including familiarization with the appraisal process
- Interact with department heads to ensure that all training requirements are met and provide necessary support for training
- Organize training courses for employees as in the Company
- Implement corporate training programs, such as the mentoring program
- Attach the obtained certificates to the existing documents of employees
- Keeps records of the employees' competence assessments, obtains confirmation of the assessments from the department heads
- Prepares contracts for training services and maintain a general register of employee training contracts
Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in staff development/training organization
- Experience and qualification in HR field preferred
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Prioritize work and manage daily workload
- Safeguard confidential and sensitive information
- Organize data in a logical order and sequence and provide data analysis
- Strong information technology skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Presentation skills in PowerPoint
- Understanding of employee training methodologies
- Experience in developing and facilitating workshops and forums on employee development and training
- Highly developed negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills with a focus on key stakeholder management
- Excellent communicator at all levels and articulate the necessary approaches to talent development
- Ability to handle large amounts of data in an organized and efficient manner
- Initiative self-starter who takes responsibility for getting the job done
- Actively develops working relationships with employees and department manager
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A desire for continuous learning and development
