We’re looking for a full-time People & Culture Coordinator to join our P&C Team in Tbilisi. As the right hand to our People Business Partners, Payroll, and People Operations team members, you will play a critical role in managing the complete employee lifecycle, ranging from conducting onboarding sessions to ensuring HRIS data integrity and generating insightful reports.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the employee lifecycle in Georgia and Armenia, including onboarding, role/salary changes, Workday updates, time off, and terminations, with a focus on documentation and data management.
  • Work with various teams, such as office management, IT, Recruitment, and People Business Partners, to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes in these regions.
  • Conduct system audits to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality, enhancing internal control mechanisms.
  • Assist in coordinating employee programs like training, recognition, DEI, volunteering, and wellness initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People team and handle special People projects as required.
  • Develop, update, and communicate local HR policies and procedures in line with company values and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team for accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary, benefits, and compensation components.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local banks and insurance providers to support employees and ensure seamless services.
  • Assist employees in effectively utilising available banking and insurance resources.
  • Stay informed about local labour laws and regulations to maintain HR compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address potential issues and manage risks.

  • Identify, recommend and proactively take initiative for process and workflow improvements that will allow us to scale and support our significant growth goals

What you need to bring?

We're looking for a Middle level candidate who has experience with the following:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a HR or office administrative role, demonstrating proficiency in effectively managing high-volume workflows
  • Solid understanding of right to work checks for Georgia and Armenia
  • Excellent command of Georgian language as well as English and Russian language
  • Experience with Google drive, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, Google sheets or similar software
  • Understanding of employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements and the creation of dual language employment agreements

  • Aptitude for identifying and resolving HR-related issues promptly and efficiently, while adhering to established policies and procedures.
