Responsibilities:
The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for the development of iOS and Android mobile applications, and leads an enterprise team of specialists. This includes managing the technology team, overseeing the design and implementation of systems and applications, and ensuring that the organization's technology infrastructure is efficient, secure, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the software engineer streams and sub-streams.

Control the day-to-day activity of the stream, software engineer sub-streams, and QA stream lead.

Coordinate the software engineers' Mobile stream.

Conduct performance reviews of the software engineer stream, sub-stream, and QA stream lead.

Provide technical validation of the system’s requirements.
-
Interview candidates for the software engineers' stream, sub-stream, QA stream lead, and QA engineers' stream.

Build comprehensive and multiple stages of testing, including manual, automatic, load, chaos and regress.
-
Synchronize priorities with the Product Manager across the Mobile stream.

Constantly improve the CI/CD practices in the department, tech radar, technological stacks, and protocols and services.

Assume responsibility for the stability of upcoming releases, and the stability of the system in general.

Onboard and off-board software engineers, software engineers sub-streams, QA stream lead, and QA engineer stream.

Control over the planned release development timeline.

Control over the system design and product architecture.

Report daily, weekly, and monthly to the Operational Committee.

Synchronize with DevOps and Security departments.
Obligatory:
-
At least 5 years' experience in a technology leadership role.

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, mobile application architecture, and database design.

Excellent knowledge of API integration with the core system backend.

Strong knowledge of Kotlin, SwiftUI, Unit-Testing and Automatic Testing.

Experience with Sentry, Grafana, Docker, TestFlight, CI/CD, and automated development tools for security screening, chaos engineering, and semantic release tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g. TOGAF, AWS, Microsoft Azure) are advantageous.

Language: Good English and Russian.
