☑ Подробности о вакантном месте:

• Overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end engineering process for the design and implementation of our processing plant.
• Leading and coordinating the various external engineering teams and ensure each discipline performs towards the overall goal of the successful implementation of the project in line with company requirements.
• Manage all formal contract related technical documents, demonstrate strong understanding of engineering standards, rules, and regulations, and ensure that these are strictly adhered to by all engineering teams.
• Ensure progress of engineering parts are in line with the overall delivery schedule and ensure early detection and mitigation of potential deviations.
• Contribute to and coordinate the assessment, optimization, and evaluation of design alternatives where possible and commercially advantageous to the project and long-term operations.
• Process & Equipment Planning (Auto cad etc.) of production equipment, plant infrastructure, supplies (air, gas etc.) Raw Materials and Building Materials
• Estimate, plan, schedule and report all engineering activities (process design, civil engineering, equipment design, structural, electrical and instrumentation, installation engineering and procedures, etc.)
• Review mechanical engineering deliverables such as drawings, reports, calculations, and technical evaluations and ensure designs comply with the project scope of work.
• Prepare and coordinate acceptance tests/procedures of equipment.
• Resolve and decide on technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Creating technical tenders and assuring that the project team is enabled to make informed decisions considering a comprehensive comparison of suppliers.
• Ensure information is provided to the whole team as well as external cooperation partner in a clear and concise manner.
• Monitor and manage engineering progress and costs and ensure the engineering process remains within budget.
• Providing thorough analysis and design services to Management.

• Process or Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized institution
• 15+ years’ experience in an engineering management or similar role, preferable with site construction experience
• Skilled in Auto-cad, Microsoft Office
• Extensive experience in managing and successfully delivering the design and engineering of building materials plants.
• Knowledge and practical application of design theories, principles, and practices
• An understanding of statutory and industry regulations and applicable standards in Uzbekistan
• Ability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams.
• Solid track record of successfully managing the engineering and design activities of major projects in the minerals industry.
