Обязанности работника:

• Coordinate and maintain effective IT Applications Portfolio function by using information and analytics that produce objective and transparent decisions around investing, consolidating, modernizing, or replacing applications. This includes Software License Management as part of the continuous improvement and optimization.

• IT Applications Portfolio Management

• Maintain and improve IT Applications Portfolio Management framework adopting world-wide best practices and international standards where practical.
• Maintain and promote the policies, standards and procedures for IT Applications Portfolio Management process.
• Monitor process performance and define and implement the necessary improvement measures.
• Produce and validate the sustainable and auditable documentation using required standards, methods, and tools.
• Manage end-to-end IT Applications Portfolio Management process.
• Maintain integrated view of Business and IT applications as part of the portfolio to showcase Business strategy, capabilities, knowledge, operations and relationships between these elements and IT/IM.
• Maintain set of clear models and documents, understandable by stakeholders, that outlines IT Applications Portfolio structure and the way it works.
• Lead the development of a single holistic IT Applications Portfolio for the whole of the organization
• Ensure that IT Applications Portfolio Management is closely aligned to the Business Strategy, Business Operating Model and IT/IM strategy.
• Ensure that relevant IT Applications strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly for the portfolio.
• Contribute to formal or project reviews, and evaluations as required.
• Coordinate and facilitate IT Applications Portfolio awareness, communication, monitoring and reporting.
• IT Software License Management
• Maintain and improve IT Software License Management framework adopting world-wide best practices and international standards where practical.
• Maintain and promote the policies, standards and procedures for IT Software License Management process.
• Ensure that a process is fit for purpose, as designed, locally valid and complies with internal controls.
• Coordinate end-to-end IT Software License Management process.
• Monitor process performance and defines and implements the necessary improvement measures.
• Maintain a culture across the Company where relevant risks (e.g. license non-compliance, uncovered usage of applications) are identified and action is taken to mitigate these risks, including:
  • Engagement sessions with IT/IM Portfolio Managers;
  • Awareness campaigns within IT/IM portfolios and with Business.
• Coordinate cost reduction initiatives, such as support the realization of opportunities on the structure of existing software contracts and of savings for underutilized software contracts that could be realized by renegotiating existing contracts.
• Ensure that the software entitlement position is known and the correct interpretation of the licensing requirements within the associated contract software exists.

Требования к работнику:

• The job holder must hold a University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline
• The job holder must have at least 6 years of experience in IT with 2-3 years of Application Portfolio and/or Software License Management and use of applicable methodologies, tools and techniques in complex environments
• The job holder must have a solid IT services background
• The job holder must have an in-depth knowledge of IT service delivery processes (ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
• The job holder must have knowledge of international standards, best practices and frameworks related to Applications Portfolio and Software License Management
• The job holder must have a good knowledge of the supported applications within organization
• The job holder must have good interpersonal skills and uses a methodical and systematic work approach
• The job holder is able to communicate well in writing as verbal
