Hey! Marina here, the Content Lead at OrganicSoft. We make mobile applications in the Health&Fitness domain, and the overall count of our users has reached 20M.

Currently, we're completely revamping OrganicFit and OrganicDance. Our mission is to change the whole attitude to weight loss by adding joy to the process and removing guilt from it. We believe every day is a lifetime, and our users deserve to enjoy every step of their body transformation. Moreover, joy helps to anchor healthy habits and ditch the “all or nothing” approach, which is crucial for long-term results, right?

I'm looking for a professional soulmate - the Content Producer who will:

— Organise shoots with local contractors;
— Control processes and deadlines;
— Find new contributors and new topics;
— Network with American+ experts;
— Participate in planning and brainstorming;
— Be an advocate of our values for the "outer circle".

Key traits and skills:
— English B2-C1;
— Video production experience;
— Understanding of video production cycles;
— Background at content management / influencer marketing;
— A lover of health-related topics;
— A user of social media platforms with an eye for trends and what works;
— Strong organizational skills;
— High written and verbal communication skills;
— A can-do attitude with the ability to attempt to figure things on your own before asking for help;
— Detail oriented and a willingness to dig in to get it right. No cutting corners and respect for quality;
— A desire to develop your skills in the direction of content production.

Nice to have:
— Creative approach;
— Experience with mobile apps;
— Experience with other content formats;
— Copywriting and ChatGPT skills;
— Advanced Excel skills.
