We are gurtam, even though we live in Vilnius, Dubai, Boston and Tbilisi. Сurrently seeking a talented and creative Freelance Designer to join our Human Resources team.

As a Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand and translate their requirements into visually appealing and engaging designs
- Develop and design creative visual assets, including but not limited to, logos, brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the company's visual identity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs align with the company's brand strategy and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, branding, and visual communication

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of branding principles and visual communication
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
