We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in mobile application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain.

Our team is actively growing and now we are looking for a Researcher for our HR team. We see you attentive, in a good sense meticulous and scrupulous to details, with a good level of English and huge desire to develop in recruiting.

Requirements:

• Desire to grow and develop in the field of recruiting;

• Completed relevant courses in IT recruiting- will be a plus;

• Experience in the IT industry or at the same role will be a plus;

• Understanding of how to utilize various sources and tools for candidate sourcing;

• English level from B2+;

• Good understanding of principles and technologies in information technology;

Responsibilities:

• Writing job vacancies;

• Analyze existing technologies and trends in the IT industry;

• Posting current job openings on all relevant job search platforms;

• Actively sourcing candidates through various channels;

• Evaluating candidates based on their resumes;

• Conducting phone interviews;

• Managing candidates throughout the entire communication process;

• Collaborate with other departments within the company for information exchange and teamwork;
