Clearing and settlement:

1. Processing customer’s incoming and outgoing payments and other instructions
2. Currency Control
3. Currency Control reports
4. Daily payment in KZT or foreign currency;
5. Incoming and outgoing remittance via swift;
6. Ensure the smoothness of daily clearing, parameter setup and information management of money market transactions, such as interbank borrowing and lending, foreign currency swap, bonds purchase and sale, etc.;
7. currency control and other currency related work;
8. Ensure the smoothness of centralization operation;
9. Nostro and Vostro account reconciliation and management

Operation:

1. Customer’s account opening / closure
2. Customer’s deposits opening and closure
3. Keeping of customer’s documents
4. Notification to Tax
5. Reply on customer’s requests and audit confirmation
6. Any issues related to customer service area
7. Management and operation of Loan’s drawdown, re-price, reimbursement, funds clearing and related fees, etc.;
8. Management and maintenance of clients information and their accounts in NGS system;
9. Management and maintenance of bonds’ price and reconciliation monthly;
10. Storage of transaction documents, vouchers, etc.;
11. Fulfilling department’s compliance work according to local supervision authority and CCB Head Office;
12. Management and maintenance of parameters of employee and institutions in NGS;
13. Fulfilling system testing, updating, etc.;
14. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the head of department and management of branch.

Requirements:

Education

Professional with a university degree in economics, finance or equivalent education. If work experience is qualified, the above standard could be extended the limitation;

Required experience

1. At least 1 year working experience in bank settlement management is preferred;
2. Familiar with the swift message processing;
3. Familiar with the currency transaction;
4. Sound understanding of all settlement and clearing products.

Language: Professional oral and written communication skills in English or Chinese and Russian. Candidate who can speak Chinese is preferred.

Conditions:

Official Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and AIFC Labor Regulations; Social package; Career prospects; Timely pay; Schedule from Monday to Friday from 9.00 until 6 p.m .(during winter) and from 08:30 until 17:30 (during summer time); Health Insurance; The amount of wages is determined during the interview.
