We are Dodo Brands - create and develop technological fast food brands through franchising. We have three major projects: Dodo Pizza, Drinkit coffee shops, and Doner 42. We have over 900 locations and more than 30,000 employees in 17 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia. And that's just for 12 years of work! We have already become the world's fastest growing pizza chain and confirmed our status as the most innovative. But who said that's enough? We're only at the beginning of our international journey :)

In 2023 we opened new Dodo Pizza locations in the UAE. The launch is in start-up mode - quick, bold, and full of experiments. To turn the start-up into a reliable and stable business, we need to perfect our procurement and packaging processes. We are looking for a young and energetic Supply Chain manager to join our team to ensure this goals and meet the highest standards. Our grand vision is to have at least 30 pizzerias and one production center in Dubai by 2026, giving you the opportunity to grow into a position managing the supply chain of this large restaurant network.
*Vacancy suggests a hybrid format with direct accommodation in Dubai.

Your tasks:

• Regular search and communication with new suppliers;
• Success Negotiations;
• Supply management: planning, inventory management, sound knowledge of supply chains, competent distribution of resources;
• Development of long-term and successful relationships with suppliers;
• Creation of a brand packaging development plan in Dubai and its implementation independently and jointly with the team;
• Deep immersion in production and execution specifics and features of the package;
• Participation in the deployment of supply based on own production center;
• Development of prototypes and models, preparation of samples of the package;
• Work with claims;
• Interaction with business and product development team and marketing;
• Participation in the launches of a new product;
• Working in a team with the strongest Dodo Pizza franchisees.

Your skillset:

• At least 2 years of experience with medium and large infrastructure projects: from participating in the development of concepts to planning, construction, procurement, and launch;
• Conducting successful negotiations;
• Ability to systematize qualitative and quantitative data: working with analytics, statistics, tables;
• Ability to conduct market analysis and understand its specifics;
• Basic experience in tendering;
• English language (not below B1 level, ready to dev up to C1);
• Ability to do things with your own hands: modeling, cutting, gluing, prototyping;
• Business approach to work: competent identification of the task's value for the business, understanding the role of the task in the overall context;
• Experience in project management and cross-functional communication.
