Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of all necessary information on costs of production required for the budgeting of SVC Operations Costs for EEMA North Cluster, as well as various current financial analysis in accordance with corporate and statutory requirements. Providing of high-quality analysis and reporting of production costs.
• Preparation of budget data for EEMA North Cluster: standard variable costs in line with the budget cycles and corporate instructions.
• Providing of support and data input of production costs in the SAP-P1 system, financial reflection of the logistics and manufacturing transactions. Inputs of the information on production costs to financial systems. Constant improvement of the level of knowledge about systems used by the company.
• Ensure effective exchange of information with supervisor and other departments, facilitating the distribution and collection of relevant information.
• Continuous introduction of new techniques and improvement of methods to provide management by reliable and well-prepared information. Support to management in ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of work experience in financial sphere.
• Strong analytical skills, mind flexibility, ability to switch quickly from one to other area of responsibility, ability to work independently
• Excellent presentation skills
• Expert user of PC (Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, SAP and Macros), as a plus

• Higher education (preferably financial, mathematical or technical)

• Advanced English
• Drive for result
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Learning on fly
