The candidate must be a self-starter with a clear sense of initiative, direction and accountability.

The Finance Business Partner will provide analytical decision support for Financial Director. The candidate will coordinate / lead the planning, reporting and analysis process and will provide high-quality financial information and insights, contributing towards the success of the business whilst always upholding our values of integrity.

Requirements:

• Forecasting and budgeting, development and construction of models;
• Active participation in pricing processes within the framework of legislative price regulation (modeling, calculation of economic efficiency);
• Leading the regular Rolling Forecast process;
• Calculation of economic efficiency of all activities of the company;
• Financial support for new product launches;
• Financial assessment of business projects and risk assessment;
• Regular assessment of the company's profitability in order to update prices.

Qualifications:

• Higher education in economics, finance. Professional qualification will be advantageous;
• 5 years with experience in planning, reporting and analysis process, preferably Pharma;
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate within and across cross-functional teams and business units;
• Experience in building an effective system of cash flow management, budgeting;
• In partnership with Finance team, coordinate budget and forecast preparation for relevant business units, ensuring accuracy, completeness & reasonableness of data prior to management review;
• Provide ad hoc periodic reporting, and carry-out ad hoc tasks, as required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Good knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate);
• Advanced computer literacy with working knowledge of financial accounting software / ERPs;
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint & Word;
• Able to multi-task and prioritise work, be adaptable, organised, and a careful planner
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
