You will be collaborating with a diverse team including both technical and business people across the world with the purpose of B2B support of merchants and partners from USA and Europe. You will be not just consulting, but searching for solutions and solve their issues. Because of work in a link with other companies we are in partnership with, you will communicate with different teams we working with and try to resolve problems or provide new needs of our merchants.

• What is the product?

- automatization software for restaurant and retail business;
- money processing service.

• So you are going to:

- diagnosing and solving hardware issues;
- diagnosing and solving non trivial software problems;
- help with deployment of our new merchants and set up of a hardware;
- provide solutions for our customers in order to optimize their business;
- searching for new upgrades of our system if a new feature needs to be developed;
- cooperate with external suppliers of services and equipment;
- testing and evaluating new technology;
- tracking tickets.

• We are looking for people:

- with passion for technology (software and etc);
- with Ability to work independently and passion to learn;
- who are ready to solve extraordinary issues (out of script);
- communicative and able to adapt quickly.

• Mandatory: fluency in English (B2 lvl is minimal).

*We h?re people without experience but with relevant university degree or any technology-related course or without a relevant degree but with an experience of working with/ or understanding of working of: technical hardware; POS systems;configuring hardware (receipt printers, payment devices, routers);setting up local networks;soft application work.
