We are looking for a Head Of Editorial to join our team :)

What will you be doing?

• Write sequences independently, or hire freelance copywriters when there is no capacity left, and monitor their work
• Generate new ideas and hypotheses on how to structure sequences
• Determine the content to use in sequences, such as subject lines, memes, gifs, videos, etc.
• Test hypotheses on clients and track results
• Discuss results with the Project Manager and make decisions based on data

What will you bring?

• Proven work experience as a Copywriter or Editor in Marketing
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate new ideas, test and analyze results
• Fluent English
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ready to take on the role of Head of the Department in the near future
