• fundamentals of types and parameters (carrying capacity, cargo capacity, overall dimensions of the cargo compartment) of the rolling stock of various modes of transport used in transportation;
• features of transportation of special, dangerous, oversized cargo by various modes of transport;
• norms and standards for loading or unloading operations;
• rules for calculating fees and charges for various modes of transport;
• the structure of the commercial offer;
• features of drawing up a contract for transport and forwarding services;
