KIVORK is an international IT product company. Together we design and manage our own products in the field of travel and transportation. The most important projects that have made us famous worldwide are WowFare, Ovago, HOP2 and Arangrant.

KIVORK has a large staff of 1500 people based in various offices worldwide including Moldova, the UK, India, the USA and local remote teams in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Ukraine and others.

We are currently looking for an addition to our team - a Project manager who will be involved in the project throughout the life cycle of the project in order to achieve growth goals and create successful products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Effectively manage the projectt backlog to achieve higher performance;
• Conduct team planning and achieve development goals;
• Identify and predict risks and avoid them at an early stages;
• Conduct user research;
• Develop and test hypotheses, analyze user behavior;
• Management of marketing projects from their launch to completion;
• Management and minimization of project risks;
• Increase product profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years experience in project management;
• Experience in developing mobile products from scratch to market is desirable;
• Experience in travel and hospitality industry, including bringing to market or maintaining of an existing project;
• Knowledge of performance marketing and business intelligence tools.
• User research experience;
• Understanding the principles of CRO, CJM, ROI;
• Knowledge of the specifics of the product management, the ability to build and implement product and business hypotheses;
• Understanding of the web and mobile development cycle and related technologies;
• Roadmap management experience
• Practical skills in product analytics;
• Exceptional grammar and spelling in English (С1);
