We are an American company with a development office in Tbilisi, Georgia, developing products for insurance companies. Our customers are large international companies, leaders in the insurance industry. We are looking for the HR Manager in Tbilisi

Our team:

Your responsibilities

• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate job offers and negotiations with candidates
• Maintain accurate records and tracking metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
• Optimize recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency
• Use social networks like Linkedin to promote the company and open roles

Required qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the IT industry
• Proven track record of success in IT recruiting and talent acquisition
• Fluent English (C1)
• Availability of 40 hours per week
