SAUERESSIG Russia is a part of Matthews/SGK and one of the leaders in Pre – Press and Printing Forms technology. Due to the continuous development we are currently looking for:

Technical Account Manager (PPM)

Overview:

Continuously identify and implement improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of sales account operation. Provides innovative, most up-to-date print technology ideas. Provide on-time services, expertise and solutions which meets/ exceeds requirements and expectation of client. Supports in the creation and implementation of new projects. Lead and conduct regular business review with client. Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables. Proactively leads option analyses and works with printers to reduce risk of printing issues for new designs. Checks sample proofs/ prints in every strategic order. Organizes the meetings with clients; maintains good relations with the clients. Liaises between different departments in testing, developing and implementing quality procedures, analyzing errors and dealing with claims.

Requirements:

• good English skills (speaking and writing);
• enjoy experience within a print, pre-press or graphics manufacturing environment as a necessary condition;
• be familiar with basic principles of printing process and color management;
• good people, organizational, and analytical skills (including attention to detail), clear and systematic thinking;
• strong client relationship and account management skills;
• taking ownership of personal actions and outcomes; encouraging and empowering others to

do the same;

• good knowledge of company’s products, solutions and services a plus;
• good understanding of effective Pre-media, Print, Photo Studio and/or Digital production, processes, roles, tools (digital and conventional) and workflow practices and trends;
