International provider of customer solutions services that develops and supports Customer Experience, Mobility and Monitoring solutions for companies all over the world is looking for an IT manager to join Kazan team.
IT Manager provides End to End accountability of IT solutions delivered to business, proactively consults/identifies business needs and problems, designs relevant IT solutions and supports the sales process.
Your Role:
- Ensure the sustainable operation of the IT services provided in accordance with the ongoing needs of the business
- Run sustainable services in compliance with the requirements of guidelines and procedures
- Proactively consult business, offer relevant IT solutions and provide End to End accountability for the delivered IT solutions
- Development and design of customer solutions
- Sales Consulting: support the sales process, participate in sales bids
- Develop and deploy new services, setup, perform functional /technical testing based on requirements
- Planning, analysis and control of IT costs within the scope of responsibility
- IT project Management: projects execution within the agreed cost, time, and quality, based on company's project management methodology
What distinguishes you:
• Solid knowledge in all areas of IT (networks, servers, applications), awareness of new solutions in IT (equipment and technologies)
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT manager, preferably in contact centers and/or monitoring centers;
• Experience/knowledge in project management
• Excellent customer communication skills and managing customer expectations
• Result orientation, strong management skills, ability to flexibly adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in English (B2 and higher)
• Integration of software and hardware solutions
• HW&SW support
• Experience with Server administration and networking
• Knowledge of basic data encryption systems
• Good knowledge in telecom, VOIP, administrate VOIP and Digital telephony system, SIP protocol basic, ability to troubleshoot IP telephony
Desirable:
Experience with Genesys; Knowledge and experience in building LAN/WAN management, maintenance, security and support; Cisco/HP Configuration; MPLS and QoS configurations
