Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial reporting (PL, BS, CF) in compliance with IFRS standards (including accruals and provisions calculation) in accordance with Group Financial Manual and schedules;

• Accounting month-end closing supervision and gathering financial information from all departments;

• Audit support by external auditors (Big 4)

• Preparation and submit Management Reporting to MD (flash/monthly/quarterly/yearly), incl. budgeted vs. actual results analysis, business KPIs analysis, explanation of significant fluctuations;

• I/C reporting (drafting of loan agreements with parent company, full control after documentation and transaction certificates, writing a justification to the Board for loan confirmation) ;

• Total Budgeting, Forecasting (PL, BS, CF, KPI) – budget defending in front of the Management;

• Cost, KPI monthly budget control and analyses for management decisions;

• Communication with all business area managers to prepare and approve mid-month forecasts and budgets

• AdHoc reports and analyses on demand of Management or Group CFO

• Managing the organizations cash flow and funds, cash forecast

• Monitoring of cash collection, review of receivables and monitoring debts;

• Checking that the cash funds available are adequate enough to enable a business to operate effectively

• Updating executive managers and Board members on risks identified and recommending actions to be taken

Requirements:

Degree in finance, economics or accounting, ACCA certification will be a plus (DipIFR is a must);

5-7 years’ experience in a similar position with a big multinational company;

Knowledge of both RAS and IFRS standards of financial statements preparation; finance accounting, tax legislation and reporting standards; understanding and experience of finance analysis; finance management; a history of projects implementation, business acumen;

Experience in projects for finance accounting, reporting and budgeting automation;

Advanced level of Excel;

Strong communication skills;

High analytical skills;

Ability to work with dead-lines and in multi-task environment;

Advanced level of English
