Our clients are mostly related, but not limited to FinTech companies, block-chain start-ups, ICO and TGE events planning companies, growing companies in crypto industry. Adhouse is looking for:

High energy Sales Manager with experience in online sales to be involved in industry that demonstrates growth in thousands of percents per year. As a Sales Manager, you’ll be a key part of the first line management team. This means that you will need to clearly communicate and collaborate with various functions of the business. You will keep a keen eye on sales pipeline, and ensure that it is generating the requisite amount of opportunities to hit quota, while advancing deals through to closure. This means that you will need to step in and communicate and negotiate with customers when necessary.?

You will participate in events related to block-chain industry and communicate directly with potential prospects, organise representation of company on those events in coordination with marketing team.

You’ll be responsible for reporting on detailed sales numbers, as well as forecasting accurately upcoming sales and plan necessary actions to reach company's targets. You’re able to juggle multiple priorities, manage change and operate in “the grey,” as well as ensure you and your team is meeting their targets and that they are continually growing as professional salespeople.?

What makes you a great Sales Manager:

  • A minimum of three years’ experience as a sales manager in online area?

  • Personal level sales experience, including traditional inside sales and outbound prospecting

  • Experience in building and closing six-figure opportunities

  • Ability to work with marketing team on creating efficient promo materials

  • Experience in creating and developing the culture and environment necessary for a high performing team and individuals to flourish

  • Extremely detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of sales metrics

  • Excellent communication and cross company collaboration skills to build strong relationships

  • Ability to foster innovation and creativity and experience in managing change or change management

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once

  • Comfortable with transparency and feedback

Minimum requirements:?

  • Experience in building and managing online sales teams

  • Understanding of block-chain technology and online market

  • Ability to communicate in English and one of the following languages : Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Russian
