We are looking in Alstom, Kazakhstan Certification Engineer (maternity leave cover)

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Prepare applications for certification / registration of the declaration of conformity, in accordance with the established requirements;
• Ensure timely confirmation of compliance with the safety requirements of the electric locomotive and its components;
• To ensure the preparation of technical documentation in accordance with the established requirements for submission to the Certification Body;
• Monitor the passage of the submitted application, receive a decision on the application, receive a certificate of compliance, register a declaration of compliance;
• To ensure the preparation and provision to Test centers of a package of technical documentation and product samples for testing, to receive a test report;
• To ensure the organization of tests for fire and toxicological safety of cable products and materials;
• Keep records of certificates /declarations of conformity for components, track the timing of actions, timely inform and execute receipt of updated certificates / declarations of conformity.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

• 3+ years of experience in certification.
• Knowledge of KZ legislation of certification and technical regulation.
• Knowledge of Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 001/2011.

• Confident user of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in reading design and operational documentation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Good planning skills.
• Result-oriented and initiative.
• Fluent in Russian, Kazakh. English is a plus.
