You’ll be working in a remote team with offices in the UK and Estonia.

Requirements:

• High English Language proficiency (C1 and higher), great speaking and writing skills. Ability to comprehend British English speech

In order to avoid issues with accessing different kinds of software and transferring funds, it is preferred for you to be located outside of the Russian Federation. You’re required to be in a European time zone. Your citizenship doesn’t matter.

You need to be able to stay in touch and resolve questions outside of the standard working hours.

Scope of your responsibilities:

• Cooperating with contractors

  1. management company

  2. water, gas, electricity, Internet providers

  3. handymen, temporary workers, housemaid

  4. state structures

  5. medical institutions

  6. salesmen

• Finding the best contractors, negotiating and bargaining with them

• Creating accounts, conducting correspondence, taking care of bills and payments, writing complaints

• Coordinating handyman visits

Please note that in this position, you’re required to spend a significant amount of time calling customer support, filling out forms and writing requests and complaints. It’s required that you do this without any aggression, but in a persistent manner.

You’ll be required to look up information online, consult online groups and forums, gather successful problem-solving experience and use it in the future.

Terms of Employment:

• Full-time remote work

• Work in an Estonian company according to the employment contract;

• Competitive salary paid twice a month;

• 14 days of paid vacation;

• Days off on Estonian National Holidays and birthdays;

• There is a probation period for this position
