We are looking for a Process Controls & Cybersecurity Senior Project Engineer to join our team based in Karshi. You will report to Project Manager and will be responsible for oversee and ensure the development of a broad mixture of holistic process controls upgrade projects and cyber security systems for the protection of facilities, personnel data and assets.

You will:

• Develop and manage full scale Project plans and mitigate/report project risks and issues to senior team;
• Assume full accountability of all phases of the project and develop/update execution plans and schedule all phases of the project to meet deadlines in cost-effective manner;
• Coordinate all the resources across multiple projects and departments;
• Create and assist with monitoring of Process Controls and Cyber Security solution to meet the requirements of internal and external congruity and other metrics;
• Be proactive in prevention of the problems and issues by implementing best Project management practices;
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and associated project documents;
• Work directly with internal team members and with third parties to ensure project success;
• Manage the following tasks: multi-functional team coordination, opportunity screening, develop request for information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP), benefit/cost analysis, vendor selection, schedule and budget oversight, management of consultants/contractors, issue resolution, reporting and closeout of project upon completion;
• Facilitates business case analysis on approved project proposals and assists in the development of project charters including cost estimation, project duration, expected benefits, and projected return on investment
• Manage various DCS upgrade and security focused projects across a large complex organization.

You will have:
An accredited formal Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related specialization.

Supplemented by the following:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Process Controls or IT/OT Project Management including experience managing complex DCS upgrade and integrated cyber technology projects.
• Experience in a similar organization or industry
• Experience in managing cybersecurity projects.
• Experience with Industrial Control System Cybersecurity
• Microsoft Project Experience
• Project management Certificate (PMP) will be benefit
• Security Architecture and Engineering Skills
• Practical knowledge of current local regulations/laws related to cybersecurity.
• Languages – Uzbek, Russian and English proficiency, both oral & written.
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels (technical and non-technical)
