Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as the local cyber security focal point to support the Industrial Control System within levels 3, 4 & 5 to contribute to risk-receivers’ protection at production site.
2. Meet with stakeholders, Asset/Production, Projects and Engineering, and Secretary General – IT to evaluate and define security requirements.
3. Collaborate with industrial cybersecurity support to develop and implement security protocols and processes.
4. Generate security manuals and training on security protocols and processes.
5. Ensure that all security protocols and systems comply with Total Energies standards and requirements.
6. Oversee the installation and upgrades of both hardware and software systems in close interaction with IT team.
7. Coordinate all industrial cyber security operations, protocols, and processes within Industrial Control System.
8. Monitor and inspect physical and digital security systems for weaknesses, risks, threats, and attacks.
9. Troubleshoot and diagnose security flaws and implementing effective interventions.
10. Liaise with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis.

Must know:

• Industrial security and control systems management and procedures for a variety of industries including oil and gas production, information technology.
• TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elements.
• Methodical materials relating to the industrial cybersecurity work to be fulfilled.
• Risk management methodology and application

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in security management, information technology, or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial security specialist.
• Relevant clearances and certifications such as Top Secret (TS) clearance and DoD Information Security Management certification.
• Qualification and experience relevant to MCP, CCNP Networking, CCNP Security and CEH in network, servers, and information security technologies.
• Work experience with SIEM, XDR, IDS/IPS systems and other IT infrastructure protection tools.
• Work experience with Azure AD\Office365\Microsoft Security Compliance cloud technologies.
• Work experience in administering server applications for Windows 2016/2019, Debian, CentOS, and others.
• Work experience in operating server, network equipment Cisco, HPE, DELL.
• Work experience with scripting languages PowerShell and Python.
• Excellent computer and IT skills and proficiency in systems such as LSMS, SIMS, and security databases.
• Excellent understanding of NISPOM regulations.
• Good understanding of security clearance systems such as JPAS, DISS, and e-QIP,
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good in both written and spoken English
