?We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Technical Product Owner to increase the quality of our products and drive new initiatives.

To be a successful one of the Sirens, you need to be very passionate about being a part of a very dynamic, challenging, and fast-growing business. This position isn’t for you if you’re seeking a routine office job.

What you will be doing:

• Gather business/product objectives from various stakeholders within the company and translate them into technical requirements.
• Come up with ideas for business/product improvements, based on collaboration with other departments, customer feedback and analytics.
• Create detailed and understandable tasks for the development team. Serve as an internal expert, supporting the business/product vision, answering questions and clarifying requirements for the team.
• Manage and prioritize a product backlog. Work closely with a product manager, syncing the backlog with a higher-level product roadmap.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business analyst / Product owner / Product analyst.
• Technical background, understanding of how web apps work under the hood.
• Solid understanding of the development process, experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience working closely with the development team, supporting the development from start to finish.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to figure out complex problems and offer simple solutions.
• Ability to think and work independently, attention to detail.
• Advanced level of English (written and verbal). Fluent Russian is essential.
