A majority of aspiring professional, college, or Olympic athletes pay out of pocket for their training, including travel, tournament costs, housing, food and supplements, personal trainers, and physical therapy. Depending on the sport and level, these costs come to tens of thousands of dollars.
ICONYMO allows athletes to create their own NFTs using videos of their special moments, or tricks they want to share with fans. The money earned goes to the athletes.

The company is on the mission to support young athletes and is now seeking a Junior SMM Strategist to help the community grow. If you’re interested in the sphere of NFT and enjoy having a full view of digital marketing starting from coming up with a strategy and ending with analyzing the campaigns’ results, apply now!

Responsibilities:

• Understand the market, segment it, and identify who the customers are.

• Identify which social media platforms to go to and why.

• Decide on how frequently to post something to social media, and schedule the content (will be provided by a colleague) into a scheduling software (or CRM).

• Analyze the data to understand which marketing campaigns work and which do not.

• As an outcome - build the funnel which would ideally transform marketing efforts into sales.

• Think through and organize collaborations with influencers.

• Excellent written & spoken English skills - you'll represent an English-speaking company, so you should be a good writer, understand the tone of voice of the brand, and the team is native in English, so we don’t want to see or hear any mistakes.

• Experience in Digital Marketing or strong knowledge of this field - the team is not ready to collaborate with someone who is new to the profession, they need you to start adding value from day one.

• Passion for the NFT world & a strong desire to develop in this sphere.

• Knowledge of Discord and Twitter which are important for the NFT community.

• Understanding how to work with influencers and persuade them to collaborate.

• Independence and self-reliance: you can make decisions and work on your own without being constantly supervised, and you may have content planned weeks in advance.

• Proactivity - you have a strong desire to help the company grow. You are open to new information and communication.

• Organizing skills - you manage your time effectively and know what you need to do in marketing 7-30 days ahead.

• Desire to learn and research on your own a lot, eagerness to always develop in the field. This role will be good for somebody who wants to have a full view of the digital content, starting from hypotheses and strategy, and finishing with publishing and analyzing the results.

• Working hours:

  Your schedule is flexible, however, sometimes (and during the onboarding period, probably, every day), you’ll need to have calls with the team which is located in Chicago, so you’ll need to overlap with them between 8 am and 12 pm Chicago time (CDT time zone).

• Part-time employment (4 working hours per day, 5/2). Please note that we support your desire to combine this job with studies, however, we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

• An opportunity to work with an international team and a potential to switch to full-time after 6 months of outstanding work.

• Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to have overlapping hours with the team.

• Stability - this is not an internship or project work, we consider only the candidates looking for a long-term commitment.

• Please note that if you’re interested in both open positions at ICONYMO (Jr. SMM Strategist; Jr. Social Media Content Creator), you may complete both test assignments, however, you’ll need to decide which one is preferable for you, since we will not invite you for an interview to both of them, only one.

  Please note that the later you apply - the more intensive your selection process will be, for example, you will have less time for the test assignment, etc.
