Duties:

• Knowledge of client operating systems Windows 7, 10. Server operating systems: Windows Server 2008R2, 2012, 2016, 2019. Understanding of the SCCM server operation. Active directory, MS Share Point, MS Teams, Skype For Business, MS Exchange server.
• Understanding of the company quality policy.
• Monitoring of the installation and configuration of the employee’s workplace.
• Creating of a work account, email, SIP, setting of access rights to working documentation on the server in accordance with the requirements of the direct manager of this employee.
• Control of the elimination of a malfunction in the software of computer and office equipment;
• Preparation of proposals for the equipment improvement for Managing Directors;
• Preparation of proposals for the additional equipment purchase for Managing Directors;
• Development of the annual plan to improve the quality of his/her work and the work of an IT Specialist.
• Constant monitoring of IT equipment suppliers, Internet providers.
• Knowledge of VoIP telephony.
• Installation of network software on servers and workstations.
• Configuration of the server platform, server hardware setup, server management firmware.
• Installation of the operating system on the server in accordance with the requirements of the main IT department of the ILF group.
• Provision of software integration on file servers, database management servers and workstations.
• Maintenance of the operational status of server software, identification and removal of errors.
• Registration of users, assigning of identifiers and passwords.
• Configuration of digital signatures for employees to sign digital documents.
• Users teaching to work in the network, archives keeping;
• Responding to users' questions related to the work in the network; Compilation of instructions for working with network software and bringing them to the attention of users.
• Control of the use of network resources.
• Organization of the access to local and global networks.
• Setting of limits to users (as per the demand of direct manager).
• Provision of timely copying and data backup.
• Restoration of the system's operability in case of malfunctions and failure of network and server equipment.
• Identification of errors of users and network software and restoration of the system.
• Monitoring of the network, development of proposals for the development of network infrastructure in accordance with the ILF standards.
• Monitoring of the status of server UPS, server room cooling systems.
• Preparation of proposals for the modernization and acquisition of network equipment in accordance with the ILF standards.
• Quarterly inventory of computer equipment and other equipment.
• Availability of remote access to server equipment outside the office.
• Development of procedures and instructions in English and in Russian.
• Close collaboration with IT specialists at other ILF offices.
• Close collaboration IT specialists of the Client.
• Following the requirements of IT standards of the company.

Competency Requirements:

• Sound knowledge and understanding of technical terms and conditions.
• Awareness of compliance and audit processes.
• Knowledge of computer systems, including database management systems, or similar software packages.
• Ability to be proactive, initiative and to work without supervision.
• Systematic thinking, good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to identify changes and improvements in the technical documentation and procedures of the company.
• Decisive, ability to be firm and convincing, without even having the required authority.
• Ability to work in a team within their functional responsibilities and beyond such a framework.
• Ability to work in critical situations, assess the situation and prioritize.

Education: Higher Technical Education is a minimum requirement

IT Master’s degree is preferred

Language skills: Kazakh and Russian are mandatory. English is advantageous
