Official duties:

• Implementation and maintenance of a project to launch sales of IT equipment in Indonesia;
• Estimate the labor and resources required to launch the project;
• Participation in the development of the project strategy;
• Formation and approval of the work plan;
• Formation and management of the project team;
• Coordination of interaction between all team members;
• Setting and prioritizing tasks for the team, monitoring the implementation of the project in accordance with the goals;
• Control of deadlines and KPIs for the project, change management in the project and solving problems that hinder the project;

Requirements:

• Experience in launching and managing projects;
• Project team management experience;
• Ability to make decisions, plan and coordinate team actions;
• Experience in resource assessment, planning and project management;
• Result orientation;
• Confident knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of Indonesian or you don't mind to study;
• Understanding of the cultural and business features of the Southeast Asian region and Indonesia is a big plus;
• Experience with IT equipment would be an advantage.
