Обязанности работника:

Assist Head of Dept. in developing the Branch’s treasury plans and strategies, determine interest rate characteristics of assets and liabilities;
Assist in preparation of documents for Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO);
Assist in managing liquidity, market risk limits and regulatory liquidity ratios;
Manage financial institutions treasury limits, incl. liaison with Head Office as and when necessary;
Manage the minimum cash balance, minimum liquidity assets for reserve requirements;
Manage and monitor the Branch’s funding positions of all currencies and inter-bank counterparties limits;
Manage the overall liquidity with money market transactions, namely overnight placements, FX swap, interest rate swap and forward rate agreement;
Cover FX (spot and forwards) position arising from clients’ trades (banks and corporates);
Assist to manage the administration of treasury investment portfolio, as well as conducting the annual credit review;
Assume responsibilities of a relationship manager;
Comply with local and head office policies, rules and regulations;
Perform relief duties for treasury activities as and when required;
Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Требования к работнику:

Education: Degree in Finance or a related field.

Experience: 3-6 years proven experience in Treasury

Knowledge: practical knowledge of banking and general legal requirements and procedures.
