Обязанности работника:

• Organizes the technical preparation of production or other types of the main activity of the enterprise, ensures the improvement of the quality of products, works (services) and increase of their competitiveness, reduction of material and labor costs for the manufacture of products, the production of works (services).
• Coordinates the work of the technical services of the enterprise for testing of new technical means, creating and mastering new types of products, integrated automation and mechanization of production, planning the introduction of scientific and technical achievements, new technology and advanced technology.
• Manages the current and future planning of the technical development of the enterprise, its production base.
• Supervises the preparation of technical specifications for the design of newly built plants, structures, technical means, expansion, development and reconstruction of existing, for the introduction of automation and mechanization means. Considers and approves the design and engineering documentation for equipment modernization and workplace rationalization.
• Supervises the conclusion and execution of contracts related to technical activities, as well as financing and correctness of the economic efficiency calculations of measures for the assimilation of new equipment and technology, new types of raw materials and finished products.
• Participates in the development and implementation into production of resource-saving technologies, progressive consumption rates of the main raw materials and materials types, in the study of the defect causes and the production of lower grades products, in the measures development to improve the products (works, services) quality and for more efficient use of production capacity.
• In the absence of independent design and technology departments, performs the functions of their managers.
• Directs the activities of subdivisions dealing with product standardization, scientific and technical information, as well as the organization of patent and invention work.
• Manages employees of departments and services, coordinates and directs the activities of departments of the enterprise, providing technical preparation of production.
• Complies with and controls the compliance by workers with labor and production discipline, labor protection rules and norms, production sanitation and hygiene requirements, fire safety rules, the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on civil protection, the environmental code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Provides the bringing to the attention of employees and the execution of instructions and orders of the enterprise administration concerning issues relating to the functional duties of the technical department manager.
• Carries out its activities in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

Требования к работнику:

• Engineering degree (mining engineering)

• At least 15 years managerial level total 10+ years underground mining experience

• English - upper - Intermediate, Russian - fluent

Must know:

• Resolutions, instructions, orders, methodological and regulatory materials on mining equipment, SNiPs, GOSTs, used equipment and vehicles on sinking operations.
• Perspectives for the technical development of the enterprise.
• Modern means of computing and communications.
• The main requirements of the organization of labour in the course of design.
• Guiding materials on the development and execution of technical documentation.
• Experience of the advanced domestic and foreign enterprises in the field of the advanced production technology.
• Principles of economics, labor organization and management.
• Principles of labour legislation.
• Internal labor rules and regulations.
• Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection.
• Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Civil Protection”, Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Environmental Code.
• The requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and the company management policy.
