Responsibilities:3.1 General management over the Legal department.
3.2 Ensure compliance with laws in the activities of the company and protection of legal interests, provide leadership in legal work of the company.
3.3 Coordinate the performance of functional duties in accordance with this JD.
3.4 Check conformity of draft orders, instructions, provisions and other documents of legal nature, submitted for signing to the management of the enterprise, for the requirements of the current legislation and approve these documents. In case of non-compliance of the drafts of these documents with the current legislation to give a written opinion with a suggestion on the legal order of their resolution. Participate in preparation of these documents.
3.5 To give opinions on legal issues arising in production activity of the enterprise, on proposals of bringing employees to disciplinary and material responsibility.
3.6 Represent the interests of the company in court and other bodies when considering legal issues.
3.7 Organize work of department in accordance with requirements of current legislation and ISO requirements, valid at the enterprise.
3.8 Inform the management about detection of violation of legality in work of structural units of the enterprise or officials for taking measures on their elimination.
3.9 Participate in preparation of economic agreements, in development of terms of collective agreement, in consideration of questions of accounts receivable and payable, take measures for their liquidation.
3.10 Provide legal clearance of the materials prepared by the corresponding services on theft, selfish abuses, shortages, unproductive expenses, production of nonconforming standards for their transfer to the law enforcement bodies; take measures to compensate for the damage caused to the enterprise.
3.11 Analyze and summarize the practice of execution and performance of contracts, agreements, as well as the results of consideration of claims, submit proposals to the management to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
3.12 Submit reports and references on department's work in accordance with the communication scheme in a timely manner.
3.13 Undertake training and improve their qualification on the direction of the company's management and higher authorities.
3.14 Provide advice to the company's employees on labor and related issues.
- Requirements: experience not less in total 6 years, 3 years of managing experience
- High skills of Enlish or Turkish languages (C2 level)
