In our quest to go from #6 to #1, we are in search of a Data Analyst.

Key responsibilities:

• The purpose of this position is to use reporting and visualization to create answers to questions we do not even know yet. The candidate has a passion for uncovering and making connections that are not always so clear to others and might result in outstanding business impact.

• Provide and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets, data analysis methods, and collaboration to drive action-oriented insights.

• Perform end-to-end analyses on business-critical problems for production teams and present findings/recommendations to drive dramatic growth in revenue and market share.

• Generate your own innovative hypotheses; design and implement A/B testing to confirm or reject them.

• Create, manage, and improve data visualization dashboards to support business objectives and enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

• Assess impact of decisions made on key project metrics, and developing basic recommendations based on assessment results.

• Lead various ad-hoc analytical efforts to identify key insights and identify and drive business opportunities.

• Serve as a key resource for ad-hoc analysis to inform the team on current and future business trends, and present findings.

Skills and experience:

• Experience and daily work with SQL, Python and related database systems;

• Ability to aggregate and visualize high volumes of data (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.);

• Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends; and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation;

• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and report generation;

• Critical thinking, attention to detail, responsible.
